The unique blend of milk for our products comes from the heart of Herefordshire, which is on the England / Wales border. It’s a beautiful, unspoilt and rural county, famous for its rich, fertile soils.

The milk we use comes from a mixture of Jersey and Friesian cows and is certified organic. It’s rich, creamy, high in natural vitamins and minerals and has a unique, distinctive taste.

Because the quality of the milk we use is so high, we want the quality of any ingredients we add to match this. We use the very best organic fruit in our yoghurts, much of which is sourced locally. This adds heritage to our products and reduces unnecessary food miles. We use artisan methods and traditional recipes to keep the natural goodness and flavour of the ingredients.
